Find anything and jump anywhere with one shortcut.
Press ⌘K anywhere in Todebaran to open search — the fastest way to find a task or move around the app without touching the sidebar.
Find your tasks#
Start typing and Todebaran searches across your tasks, projects and notes, narrowing as you type. Use the arrow keys to move through results and ↵ to open one.
Jump to any view#
Search doubles as quick navigation: type the name of a view — Today, Upcoming, Trash, a project, a smart list — and jump straight to it. It's often quicker than reaching for the sidebar, especially once you have a lot of projects.
Type to search a list#
Prefer to search within the list you're already looking at? Turn on Type to search in Settings → General, and just start typing while a list is focused to filter it in place.
Pair search with the keyboard shortcuts: most people run their whole day from ⌘K to jump around and the number keys (⌘1–⌘8) for the agenda views.
